July 4th WOD — rep scheme 7-4-1776 – When we first started CrossFit 6 years ago we moved into a town where we didn’t know a single person. Our only goal was to be challenged physically and mentally. Because of the choice to start @crossfit we’ve met lifelong friends, reconnected with old friends and have encouraged friends to join our journey to a healthier life. Today was about community and was a reminder of why we do this!!
